Return Procedure
The return of goods is carried out through the courier service used for the delivery of your order.
You may try the item, and if you are dissatisfied, encounter an issue with the shoe size, clothing size, or if the item is not the same as what you ordered, you are encouraged to return it.
For the item you wish to exchange (size/color) or return, you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
If the new item has a higher value, you will pay the difference (item 2 – item 1) along with the shipping cost.
Items for exchange in terms of size/color/model or for return must be processed within 14 days from the purchase date.
Items must have their original tags or packaging, and they must not be used or damaged.
They must also be accompanied by the original tax receipt, which verifies the purchase.
The exchange/return procedure cannot be completed without the tax receipt.
Items with a 70% discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds may take 5-14 days from the confirmation date of the return request.
