Before confirming your order, please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. By using our portal and authorizing an order, you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from ordering through our portal.

b. You will not place any inaccurate or malicious orders. If we identify such an order, we reserve the right not to deliver the product to the address you provided.
c. You are obligated to provide accurate details, including your name, surname, phone number, and exact address. These details are necessary for identifying you and contacting you when we deliver the order.
d. If you fail to provide accurate or complete information, we may be unable to fulfill your order.
By placing an order on our online portal, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are legally eligible to enter into a contractual relationship with us.

We can deliver products across all regions of Albania, including cities, villages, and even the most remote areas of the country.
How the Contract Between Us Is Formed
The information detailed in the Terms and Conditions does not constitute a sales offer but rather an invitation from us for you to place an order. The contract is not effective unless we approve your order. We will send you an email confirming that you have placed an order; however, this does not mean we will deliver the product if we determine that fulfilling the order would be illegal or if the order does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The contract becomes effective when the ordered item(s) leave jonor.al’s warehouse to be delivered to you.
Product Availability
All orders for our products are subject to availability. If we encounter issues with supplying the requested product or if the product is out of stock despite being advertised on the portal, we reserve the right to inform you and offer an alternative product of the same or higher quality and value as the missing product you previously ordered. If you do not wish to accept the substitute product, you are under no obligation to continue the order with us.
Order Refusal
We reserve the right to remove products from the online ordering portal at any time and retain the right to add, remove, or update any material or content on this portal. While we will make every effort to complete your order, exceptional circumstances may compel us to refuse your order, a right we hold at any time.
We are not obligated to you or any third party if we decide to refuse an order or if we remove items from our portal. We are not responsible to anyone if we remove, add, or update materials or products on the online portal.
Your Right to Return Ordered Items
As a customer, you have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 37 of Law No. 9902, dated 17.04.2008, “On Consumer Protection”.
The item(s) must be returned to the address specified by jonor.al, in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and user manuals (if applicable), along with the original tax receipt that confirms the purchase of the item. Without the ORIGINAL TAX RECEIPT, the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
